SCVMM – need your feedback to NVGRE, RBAC and WAP

Who is already using the System Center 2012 R2 Virtual Machine Manager, already knows the tags in the title:

NVGRE – Network Virtualization using Generic Routing Encapsulation
RBAC – Role Based Access Control
WAP – Windows Azure Pack

Actually i was asked by three Microsoft Product Managers of the VMM-Team, to provide feedback to the Features reffered.

What worked well?
What’s not at all?
Which errors are known?
Where are the problems using it?
What can be improved?
